Dolce Vino opened in July of 2004 in the Goldorado Shopping
Center in Cameron Park, California. In March of 2006, Ravel Haynes left her position as General Manager
of Spataro Ristorante in Sacramento to pursue her dream of owning a Wine Bar and Retail Shop.
A long-time resident of Sacramento,
Ravel came to the region to finish her degree in Journalism at California State
University, Sacramento. Now, with over 20 years experience in restaurant
management, she is bringing a fresh new approach to this Sierra Foothills gem.
Her love of travel has given her the opportunity to
taste some terrific varietals from all around the world. Whether it’s a local favorite, or an international
award winner, Dolce Vino has what you’re looking for.
